This is genuine confusion on my part, but how is the way Hussie handles Tavros gross? Also how is this stuff triggering?

well uh, i don’t know how to put it any plainer than Vriska abused Tavros; she paralyzed him, constantly mocked him for said disability, pursued him romantically in a way that he was uncomfortable with, mind-controlled him into kissing her and continued to emotionally browbeat him…and then murdered him!  all of this while his disability and emotional states were made into comedy for the narrative (even in death, kissing him is this unfathomable punchline)

also Vriska’s character development is treated very seriously and her feelings are given full consideration (she feels bad about hurting Tavros but how does he feel about it?)  basically there is no time when Tavros’ narrative is ever treated with full seriousness

all of this is super victim-blame-y and can definitely trigger abuse victims, particularly those whose claims haven’t been taken seriously

so uh

it’s p gross

Need to loosen up/experiment with style (and procrastinate)

I have class until 5, but does anyone have a Homestuck request? 

I’ll take 3-5 requests (not neceesarily first come, first serve - I’ll pick whatever seems interesting!) So yeah, just leave them in my ask/reply or something!
